The Prophetic society or the last religious and social paradigm of humanity has taken form under the direct guidance of God and has passed through four stages of development according to the verse 29 in Sura al-FatÎ,: [ Like a tillage] sending out shoots, being built up, growing stout and settling on their stalks. Given the fact the guidance and training of human beings as well as building models for a Prophetic society are the main aims perused by the Holy Qur’Án, the Holy Qur’Án has provided people with certain guidelines to form such a society and paved the way for its progress and passed it safely through perilous roads by timely diagnosis of problematic situations. In the meantime, Sura al-Baqarah as the first Medinan Sura, in a period of strengthening the Prophetic society, has played its role in the third stage of growing stout. Considering the particular circumstance surrounding the Prophet Muhammad’s arrival in Medina, the official formation of society, and the drawing up of divine laws are determined by the revelation of the Sura al-Baqarah. In this Sura, the great emphasis is placed on the believers’ faithful adherence to the divine covenants while mentioning certain instances of violations of covenants and agreements in earlier times. The integrity and strength of the newly-established religious society and the believers’ successful efforts in improving social relations on the one hand and the non-existence of violations of communal agreements and breach of contracts as a social pathology or the most important harm inflicted on the Prophetic society in the third period of its formation is taken to be conditioned on the extent to which the individuals in that society adhered to the divine covenant.}, keywords = {Prophetic society,Pathology,concomitant with revelation,Sura al-Baqarah,Contract,breach of contract,divine covenant}, title_fa = {تحلیلی بر ساختار و آسیب شناسی جامعه نبوی}, abstract_fa = {رابطه انسان با خدا و به تبع آن رابطه انسان با جامعه، از مهم‎ترین روابط انسان است که سهمی عمده از اعتقاد، رفتار و عملکرد وی را در طول دوران زندگی به خود اختصاص می‌دهد. جامعه نبوی یا آخرین الگوی دینی و اجتماعی بشریّت، تحت مدیریت مستقیم خداوند متعال شکل گرفته و به تصریح آیه 29 سوره فتح، چهار مرحله جوانه‌زدن، به‌شکل ‌نهال درآمدن، قوّت یافتن و در نهایت استوار شدن بر پایه‌های خود را از سر گذرانده است. با عنایت به هدایت و تربیت بشر به عنوان هدف نزول قرآن‌کریم و راهبرد الگوسازی جامعه نبوی، قرآن‌کریم، شکل‌گیری و ترقی این جامعه را گام‌به‌گام ‌پیش برده و در این مسیر، با آسیب‌شناسی‌های به‌موقع، آن را از گذرگاه‌های حادثه خیز به سلامت عبور داده است. در این میان، سوره بقره به عنوان نخستین سوره مدنی، در بخشی از مرحله استحکام‌بخشی به جامعه نبوی، در حوزه راهبری و آسیب‌شناسی، از ابتدای مرحله سوم شکل‌گیری؛ یعنی تنومندی و قوّت یافتن ایفای نقش نموده است. با توجه به شرایط ویژه ورود پیامبر به مدینه، شکل‌گیری رسمی جامعه و وضع قوانین الهی، همگام با نزول سوره بقره مشخص می‌شود. در این سوره با یک آسیب‌شناسی هدفمند و ذکر مصادیق متعددی از نقض عهد مؤمنین گذشته، به اهمیّت و پایبندی مؤمنین به عهد و میثاق‎های الهی بسیار تأکید شده و انسجام و استحکام یافتن جامعه نوپای دینی و ترقی مؤمنان در تصحیح روابط اجتماعی و از طرفی عدم بروز آسیب اجتماعی نقض عهد جمعی یا مهم‎ترین آسیب جامعه نبوی در دوره سوم شکل‌گیری، مشروط به میزان پایبندی تک‌تک آنان به عهد و میثاق‌های الهی دانسته شده ‌است.}, keywords_fa = {جامعه نبوی,آسیب‌شناسی,همگام با نزول,سوره بقره,عهد و نقض عهد,میثاق الهی}, url = {https://mag.rcipt.ir/article_91680.html}, eprint = {https://mag.rcipt.ir/article_91680_c107980f698bd88011683e7accd8cde5.pdf} }
