Numerous principles play significant role in determining the real position of anything or anybody in society, one of which is the principle of purposeful freedom. Freedom as defined by the Western liberalism means man’s freedom in fulfilling his personal desires without any commitment to what is human or moral, something that is based on humanism, on the idea that intellect is something instrumental and that there is a split between the truth and goodness. However, unlike liberalism, freedom in Islam requires that the ground for the growth and flourishment of the human aptitudes and talents as well as individuals’ perfection in society should be prepared. This idea is based on the following eleven principles which have been deduced from various sources in Islam: faith as being a matter of choice, believers being different in terms of their degrees in faith, social growth, people’s participation, Ijtihad as something open to everyone, enjoining good and forbidding evil, difference of tastes, observing graduality in guidance, non-binding prescripts of religion, dependence of enforcements of laws on general gratification and the principle of non-dominance. The explanation of the conditions, the implications and consequences of these principles through analytical-descriptive method has been offered in detail. This paves the ground for those who make studies on justice to ponder more on these matters and makes the justice-seeking administration informed of the course they wish to take.}, keywords = {Social Justice,the principles of social justice,Liberalism,purposeful freedom,foundations of freedom}, title_fa = {تبیین جایگاه «اصل آزادی» در عدالت اجتماعی با روی کرد اسلامی}, abstract_fa = {اصول عدالت اجتماعی، قواعد تحقق بخش عدالت در توزیع مواهب اجتماعی است. اصول متعددی در تعیین جایگاه واقعی هر چیز و هر کس در جامعه مؤثر است که یکی از آن ها «اصل آزادی هدفمند» است. آزادی در قرائت رایج لیبرالیسم به معنای رهایی انسان در تنفیذ خواسته های شخصی، بریده از الزامات انسانی و اخلاقی است که بر مبنای انسان-محوری، ابزاربودن عقل و گسست میان حق و خیر بنا شده است، اما مقتضای آزادی در اسلام بر خلاف لیبرالیسم، فراهم‌نمودن زمینه‌های رشد و بالندگی و بروز استعدادهای انسانی و کمالی افراد جامعه است. این معنا بر مبانی یازده گانه ذیل که با تأمل در منابع دین اسلام استنباط شده، مبتنی است: اختیاری‌بودن ایمان، تفاوت مؤمنان در درجات ایمان، رشد اجتماعی، مشارکت مردم، انفتاح باب اجتهاد، امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، تفاوت سلیقه‌ها، رعات تدریج در هدایت، احکام غیر الزامی دین، وابستگی اجرای قوانین به رضامندی عمومی و قاعده عدم سلطه. تبیین شرایط، لوازم و آثار این مبانی با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی، به تفصیل در این پژوهش آمده است تا زمینه تأملات بیش‌تر عدالت پژوهان را فراهم نموده و روشن‌گر مجریان عدالت‌خواه باشد.}, keywords_fa = {عدالت اجتماعی,اصول عدالت اجتماعی,لیبرالیسم,آزادی هدفمند,مبانی آزادی}, url = {https://mag.rcipt.ir/article_133573.html}, eprint = {https://mag.rcipt.ir/article_133573_d36ae67ed3da6f147dd5aacdd7a8d2c0.pdf} }
