Apart from the exegetical views and opinions of the Sunni exegetes or interpreters who tend to regard the theme of the verse as including judgements on rulers in general, the view agreed upon by the majority of the ShiÝa exegetes is that the explicit implication of the verse in question is only the Infallible Imams (peace be upon them). However, some of the latest scholars have spoken of the verse in such a way that it extends to include the authority or guardianship of just Muslim jurists in the period of Occultation, a subject which can be discussed methodically from exegetical point of view. In this article, from a methodical point of view, this extension by signification is seen to be defensible on the basis of the method of equivocation in the Qur’anic interpretation. Based on this exegetical method, which is, in fact, a form of hermeneutic interpretation or interpretation by extension, the mentioned interpretation of the verse has been shown to be in line with the view agreed upon by the majority of ShiÝa exegetes and with the traditions transmitted from the household of the Prophet. The article is done through discourse analysis and data-collection is based on library method.}, keywords = {the verse of ‘those vested with authority’,the guardianship of Muslim jurist,Islamic Government,period of Occultation}, title_fa = {امکان سنجی توسعه دلالت آیه «اولوالامر» به ولایت فقیه در عصر غیبت}, abstract_fa = {مسأله ولایت فقیه در میان اندیشمندان شیعه به ادله گوناگون دینی و قرآنی مستند شده است که در این میان، دلالت «آیه اولوالامر» (نساء(4): 59)، به دلیل اهمیت آن در مسأله حکومت اسلامی، در خور بررسی مستقل است. فارغ از آرای تفسیری مفسران اهل سنت که مضمون آیه را شامل احکام عموم حاکمان دانسته‌اند، نظریه مورد اتفاق مفسران شیعه، تفسیر اختصاصی آیه به امامان معصوم: است. در عین حال، برخی از محققان متأخر، از توسعه دلالت آیه نسبت به ولایت فقیهان عادل در عصر غیبت نیز سخن گفته‌اند که از منظر و روش تفسیری قابل بحث و بررسی است. در این مقاله از منظری روش‌شناختی، این توسعه دلالی بر پایه روش تشکیکی در تفسیر قرآن، قابل دفاع دیده شده است. بر اساس این روش تفسیری که در واقع از گونه‌های تفسیر تأویلی یا توسعه‌ای است، تفسیر مزبور با دیدگاه مورد اتفاق و هم‌چنین روایات اهل بیت: نیز سازگار نشان داده شده است. مقاله به روش تحلیل گفتمان و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به شیوه کتاب‌خانه‌ای انجام شده است.}, keywords_fa = {آیه اولوالامر,ولایت فقیه,حکومت اسلامی,عصر غیبت}, url = {https://mag.rcipt.ir/article_122441.html}, eprint = {https://mag.rcipt.ir/article_122441_f623b3de1f44a76b960adadada24cdb6.pdf} }
