The 2030 Agenda, especially its fourth goal in its context of Western humanistic and secular ideas, has imposed certain binding readings in systems of policy-making, legislating, planning, introducing regulations as regards to different countries of the world. In this article, the writers while focusing on the meaning of development and the concept of ‘being developed’ as well as their components in the 2030 Agenda, try to provide an answer to the question “what fundamental challenges does the Islamic Republic of Iran face in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development?” Such challenging components as comprehensive sexual education, elimination of all forms of violence, elimination of sexual stereotypes, special attention to the rights of vulnerable groups (strata), etc. are set as the defining statements (measurements) of development of societies. These components are not consistent with the cultural and social framework of Iran as a country with a totally religious civilization dating back to thousands years ago. They are also in fundamental contradiction with the general domestic policies and the national development paradigms. This involves a conflict between the right to development as well as sustainable development as universal rights on the one hand and cultural diversity of different countries, including the Islamic Republic of Iran, on the other. The method of research in this article is descriptive-analytical.}, keywords = {the Agenda for Sustainable Development,Cultural Diversity,the rule of rejection of any dominion over Muslims by the infidels,the constitution,the 2030 Agenda}, title_fa = {چالش های بنیادین جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مواجهه با سند توسعه پایدار (سند 2030)}, abstract_fa = {حق بر توسعه و گفتمان توسعه پایدار در بستر حقوق جهانی بشر در سال‌های اخیر، موجی از اسناد منطقه‌ای و جهانی را به دنبال داشته است. از این میان، سند توسعه پایدار 2030 بویژه هدف چهارم آن در بستر اندیشه‌های اومانیستی و سکولار غربی، به تحمیل قرائت-هایی غالب و خاص در نظام سیاست‎گذاری، قانونگذاری، برنامه‎ریزی و مقررات‎گذاری کشورهای جهان می‎پردازد. در این مقاله نگارندگان ضمن تمرکز بر معنای توسعه و توسعه‎یافتگی و همچنین مؤلفه‎های آن در سند 2030، به این سؤال پاسخ می‎دهند که «چالش‎های بنیادین جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مواجهه با سند توسعه پایدار (سند 2030) چیست؟». مؤلفه‎های چالش‎برانگیزی چون آموزش جامع جنسیتی، رفع خشونت، رفع کلیشه‎های جنسیتی، توجه ویژه به حقوق گروه‎های آسیب‌پذیر و ... به عنوان گزاره‎های سنجش توسعه‎یافتگی جوامع تعیین شده‎اند که با قالب فرهنگی ـ اجتماعی ایران به عنوان کشوری دارای تمدن چند هزار ساله و کاملاً مذهبی سازگار نیست و با سیاست‎های کلی و الگوهای پیشرفت ملی وی، بشدت متضاد و متهافت است. این امر، تعارض میان حق بر توسعه و توسعه پایدار به عنوان حقوقی جهان‎شمول از یک سو و تنوع فرهنگی کشورهای مختلف از جمله جمهوری اسلامی ایران از سوی دیگر را در پی دارد. روش تحقیق در این مقاله توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است.}, keywords_fa = {سند توسعه پایدار,تنوع فرهنگی,نفی سبیل,قانون اساسی,سند 2030}, url = {https://mag.rcipt.ir/article_99604.html}, eprint = {https://mag.rcipt.ir/article_99604_b69f8ae9fd93a9602b49c3e772a5015d.pdf} }
